Two Research Positions at the Institute of Popular Music, University of Liverpool
The Institute of Popular Music (IPM) is currently advertising a post-doctoral research position and a fully funded three year doctoral studentship. Both positions are attached to a three year international collaborative project exploring popular music heritage, cultural memory and local identity in Europe. The project is funded by HERA JRP (Humanities in the European Research Area Joint Research Programme supported by a network of national Research Councils).
The successful applicants will work alongside the Project Investigator, Professor Sara Cohen, on the UK component of the project, and join a team of researchers working at the IPM on this and two other related projects funded by the Australia Research Council and the Arts and Humanities Research Council.
